whats a partridge? whats a pear tree? IDK so please don’t ask me!
Two more days. The last few have gone by in a blur, just tons of soul sucking exams and waiting around to take said exams…. but there’s been some pretty awesome stuff mixed allup in there too :)
After all, it wouldn’t be my life and my friends if we didn’t spend a good portion of study day playing with a wind up chicken and egg to see who came first… egging them on in a battle royale. yup, we’re strange. and awesome.
so right now, i’ve got two exams left to go, one insanely hard, the other at EIGHT AM. FML. but its all good, because I’m rocking the Relient K christmas album (which is to die for), eating venezuela dark chocolate, baking christmas cookies, and scanning my favorite blogs in between studying. life could be a lot worse. :)
Not to mention had the most amazing night last night— went to see RELIENT K on their Twas the nIght before Christmas acoustic tour— simply AMAZING. that’s all i can say. the show was perfect, and the transition between their songs and christmas classics was flawless and fun. i went with my old roomie and one of my oldest and bestest friends, and finally met her dude too :) great night
even though exams are breathing down my neck, i’m quite happy :) i’ve got some amazing friends, a lot of love, a boy who really cares about me (and for some reason wants to be with me despite my crazy?… go figure), and christmas cookies in tupperware not ten feet away. plus, i only have five days before i get to do my favorite thing in the world— live out of a suitcase as I jet off to Las Vegas for a week and a half.
I must say: life’s pretty sweet right now.
